Commitment, tenacity, attention to detail, market knowledge and experience all contribute to Suzan’s success in real estate. Suzi’s caring style has always served her clients well.

Specializing in Near North Side properties — from single family homes to condos to co-ops, vintage and contemporary — she has been a top producer for many years, working with buyers and sellers alike. The South Loop, New East Side, West Loop, River North and Bucktown are also areas in which Suzi has expertise.

A lifelong Chicago resident, Suzi’s love of the architecture and constantly changing neighborhoods of the city have been the foundation for her longevity in real estate. But most of all, it’s the people she’s met and helped over the years — the “satisfied customers” who have become friends — that have been the most rewarding aspect of her career.

A devoted member of the United Cerebral Palsy Women’s Board for 40 years, Suzi has served in various capacities, including President, Treasurer and three times Chairperson of the annual Gambol Benefit. She is also a member of the Women’s Board of Parkways Foundation, serving on the Committee for Children with Disabilities.

Suzi enjoys fine dining and sharing her favorite restaurants with clients and friends. She loves opera, golf, travel and most especially, spending time with her children and five grandchildren.
