Ricardo brings a wealth of knowledge of the Chicago real estate market after having lived, bought, and sold property in various neighborhoods throughout the city including the South Loop, River North, Gold Coast, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Lincoln Park, Old Town, and Lakeview. He has years of experience with investment property and the rental market and draws from this experience to assist investors in buying property, renting it out for them year after year, then selling when the time is right. Ricardo strives to be resourceful, meticulous, personable, accessible and prides himself on quick and timely communication at all times. Ricardo is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Business with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. He has a passion for music and has been a drummer since the age of 9. He enjoys motorcycle riding, bike riding through
Chicago’s urban jungle, running along the lake with his dog Chuy (shepherd/lab mix), connecting to the vibrant
Chicago music scene, collecting art, cooking, entertaining friends/family, and traveling the world.
