Background
Lindsey brings 20 years of professional sales and marketing experience
to her career as a Rubloff Broker Associate. Early in her career,
Lindsey's initial corporate training and experience with Colgate
Palmolive, Baxter Healthcare and Xerox, set the standard high. Later,
she expanded her business acumen as an entrepreneur and principal of
her own successful consulting firm. As a seasoned sales veteran,
Lindsey understands that client service and satisfaction are the
cornerstones of career success.
Lindsey has lived and invested in Chicago's North Side for over 20
years. As both a resident and an investor, she knows the North Side
neighborhoods well. She has intimate knowledge of neighborhood history,
current trends and changing market values.
Throughout her life, Lindsey has enjoyed investing in real estate. She
has personally bought or sold two primary residences, a multi-unit
building, a vacation home, developed land and a midwest distribution
center, with a Fortune 100 client, as part of a sale-leaseback
transaction.
For 23 years, Lindsey owned and managed a 3 flat in Lakeview. She has
the personal experience and skills necessary to identify and evaluate
residential investment property income, operating costs and anticipated
appreciation value for her clients.
Lindsey acted as general contractor in the extensive rehab of the
'pre-fire' vintage single family Lincoln Park home where she lives with
her husband and two college aged children. This experience taught her
many construction 'best practices' which she readily shares with her
clients.
Lindsey finds great satisfaction helping people with one of the most
important decisions of their lives; buying or selling real estate. She
takes her role as agent seriously. She is a doer who invests in her
clients. She fully represents their interests and gives them her full
attention. She is accessible, committed, forthright and ethical. Her
communication skills help keep the process moving forward to create a
successful transaction for her client and a rewarding experience for
all parties involved.
Lindsey is past Board President of the Illinois Chapter of the Juvenile
Diabetes Research Foundation. She is also a Court Appointed Special
Advocate for abused and neglected children with CASA of Cook County.
Whenever her two Chihuahuas allow it, she fosters cats, kittens and
small dogs from the Anti-Cruelty Society.
She received her Masters Degree from the Gavin School of International
Management (Thunderbird Campus), in Phoenix, AZ. She holds her
