Background
Linda Kramer moved to Chicago in 1969, and launched a professional
modeling career. Residing in John Heinrich and George Schipporeit's
architecturally poignant masterpiece, Lake Point Tower, she was
immediately exposed to Chicago's diverse architecture upon her arrival
to the city. After almost fifteen years as a professional model, Linda
and her husband decided to take a break from city life and moved to
suburban Oak Brook, where they raised their children.
During the urban real estate boom of the mid-1990's, the
family moved back to the city. Linda is currently a resident of
Streeterville, which has allowed her to gain a sense of the
neighborhood's commercial conveniences, culinary delights, and
residential bliss. She is also very familiar with real estate in the
Gold Coast, River North, and New East Side areas.
Characterizing her career in real estate, Linda comments: "I
see sales as a partnership where I represent the client's interests as
my own. I have been through the moving process myself, and I try to
understand my clients' wants and needs as if I were searching for
myself."
